Located conveniently close to the town, the hotel offers a friendly atmosphere, enhanced by the delightful greeting from their resident Labradors, Holly and Buddy. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing essential amenities like a kettle for tea and coffee, and complimentary toiletries that added a touch of comfort to my stay. While the absence of a TV may deter some, I found the peaceful garden area compensating for it. I recommend guests bring their own devices for streaming; the Wi-Fi was good but not ideal for work setups. Considering the serene ambiance and friendly service, Drewry Lane presents excellent value for those looking to unwind without the unnecessary extras that can often inflate prices elsewhere. In the end, it's a practical choice for those seeking a quiet retreat near bustling Bath.
